About Me
About Lavender Sea
The name Lavender Sea came from two things that have always brought me a sense of calm: the softness of lavender and the vast depth and mystery of the ocean.
Lavender Sea represents the meeting point between gentleness and strength — between what’s soothing and what feels unknown. It’s inspired by those quiet in-between moments, when things aren’t fully one thing or another, but still feel meaningful.
I wrote a poem called “The Other Side of the Sunset” during a time when I was struggling with my mental health. In that season of my life, finding beauty where people don’t usually look became a way for me to keep going.
If you’ve ever watched a sunset long enough, you’ll notice the muted lavenders and soft pastels that appear as the daytime sky fades into night. That subtle, often-overlooked moment, when light and dark coexist, is where my inspiration lands.
It’s a reminder that balance doesn’t mean perfection, and that there’s beauty in the quieter transitions.
About Me
I’m a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, certified through Power and Grace Yoga in New Bedford, Massachusetts, with additional training in sound healing, Shamanic Practices, and Earth Based Medicine.
Yoga, for me, is more than a physical practice. It’s a way of living with intention, self-trust, and curiosity. My classes are grounding, intuitive, and welcoming, designed to help you reconnect with your body while creating space for emotional balance and calm.
I’m also an artist, so creativity shapes how I teach, how I move, and how I show up in the world!
My vision is to grow a supportive yoga community where women feel encouraged to follow what lights them up, whether that’s movement, creativity, healing, or simply slowing down.
